Referral to the Tribunal

Most complaints settle with the assistance of staff from the Information Commissioner's Office. However, if the parties to a complaint are unable to reach agreement, the matter will be referred to the Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NTCAT) for a hearing.(http://www.ntcat.nt.gov.au/)
